A Coach works with individuals to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.
As a Coach, my method is to ask questions, encourage, advise, challenge, and hold you accountable for change. A client intake survey is conducted prior to the start of the engagement. This approach provides consistency for goals, values and vision. My attention will always center on the client, the desired outcome and how to get it. It is in collaboration to design the unique coaching relationship by giving and receiving feedback. The model used is a blend of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Competencies, Progressive Leadership, messaging and recognition of style.
