Leadership in Action

Progressive Leadership is a model that encourages Leaders to think in new ways and question the status quo. These leaders model what they say and do by bringing their values to the table: diversity and inclusion, building relationships by bringing “heart” into the equation, enabling others to act thereby creating an environment of trust and collaboration.

Leadership in Action is a Progressive Leadership Program experience for business owners, independent professionals, corporate decision-makers and emerging leaders.

Leadership in Action is actually 2 leadership programs: one for aspiring leaders and new managers, one designed specifically for executive leaders seeking to elevate their leadership skills and effectiveness.  Both programs are structured to provide practical knowledge, actionable exercises to foster growth, strategic thinking, impactful decision making and meaningful reflection.

Each session is 2 hours in length, for 6 months, and include “homework” between sessions.

Programs can be customized to address specific challenges.

You will be equipped with tools and support to:

Leadership in Action takes a holistic approach to growth by focusing on three key areas: 

Leading Self: Personal Development

You matter. Before you can lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself. Gain insights and strategies to boost emotional intelligence, energy management, mindfulness, personal brand, and explore creative outlets. Activities may include personal S.W.O.T analysis, movement and mindfulness activities, facilitated discussion and more.

Leading Others: Motivate and Engage

People skills and relationships matter. Learn to power up your presence, communicate effectively with clients and employees, motivate and engage others, help your team feel more connected to the company vision, clients and each other. Activities may include team S.W.O.T analysis, speaking and listening activities, facilitated discussion and more.

Leading a Business: Solutions and Action Plan

Your business matters. Create a culture where everyone – inside and outside your organization – can flourish and thrive. Learn to get back to basics, test assumptions and develop a company vision that aligns with your personal values. Make sure you have the right people in place to take you where you want to go. Activities may include business S.W.O.T analysis, succession planning, 1 page action plan, facilitated discussion and more.
